TC SITEOS / ONE BUSINESS SPINE
Your website stops being a brochure. It becomes the operating system.
TC SiteOS connects identity, DaLong support, SiteGuard, products, orders, guarded payment, delivery, audit and AI discovery without splitting the customer across disconnected tools.
DEV truth boundary: the catalog and order contract are active in this independent copy. Payment remains controlled by runtime provider readiness; a browser return never marks an order paid.
THE OPERATING LAYERS
Every layer can stand alone. The shared contract makes them stronger together.
Identity and access
Language choice, registration, verification, user center and role-aware access use one customer context.
Support and SiteGuard
DaLong explains products and findings, while high-risk questions become human tickets. SiteGuard stops before payment.
Commerce truth
The server owns product price and order state. Payment Hub hands off only when its provider contract is ready.
Trusted return
Return pages show status only. Signed provider events or authorized review update payment truth.
Delivery and aftercare
Tickets, notifications, entitlements, delivery records and audit continue on the same order.
GEO and AI discovery
Dedicated public pages, schema, product feeds, sitemap and llms files make each authority clear to machines.
ONE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
From first visit to verified delivery, the context stays intact.
SiteOS does not merge every capability into one vague feature. Each authority keeps a clear owner and hands a real object to the next step.

BUYER FAQ
Clear answers before the order begins.
Is SiteOS one huge proprietary platform?
No. It is a coordinated operating flow with one authority per capability and explicit handoff contracts between them.
Does the USD 1,499 price include provider fees?
No. Provider approval, regulated processing fees, taxes, chargebacks and settlement are external to the SiteOS implementation price.
Can SiteGuard or AI Support be purchased alone?
Yes. Both have independent public pages and scoped quote contracts. Their backend-dependent actions remain fail closed until configured.
