销售商品或服务的合同主体为订单中明确列示的西安天澈信息科技有限公司。第三方支付品牌仅提供支付处理或收款通道，不因其商标出现而成为卖方、合作背书方或交付责任人。
The seller named in the order is Xi'an Tianche Information Technology Co., Ltd. Payment brands provide processing or collection only; brand display does not make them the seller, endorser or delivery party.
非支付机构 / Not a payment institution
本公司不是非银行支付机构，不发行支付账户，不代客户保管资金，不提供清算、汇兑、托管或向第三方转移资金的服务。支付在持牌或依法提供服务的第三方页面或通道完成。
The company is not a non-bank payment institution and does not issue payment accounts, hold customer funds, clear, exchange, escrow or transfer money for third parties. Payment is completed through a provider lawfully offering that service.
金额与确认 / Amount and confirmation
用户在付款前核对商品/服务、金额、币种、税费、订单号和收款方。支付成功页面或截图不当然等于本公司已完成入账核验；订单以本公司订单系统和人工/系统核验后的明确状态为准，但不得无故拖延。
Before payment, verify the offer, amount, currency, taxes, order reference and payee. A provider success screen or screenshot is not by itself the company's settlement confirmation; order status follows verified records without unreasonable delay.
支付数据 / Payment data
本站不收集或保存完整银行卡号、安全码或支付账户密码。第三方支付服务商按其隐私与安全规则处理支付数据；本站仅接收完成履约和对账所需的订单号、金额、币种、状态和有限标识。
The site does not collect or store full card numbers, security codes or payment-account passwords. Providers handle payment data under their own rules; only the order reference, amount, currency, status and limited identifiers needed for fulfilment and reconciliation are received.
争议、退款与拒付 / Disputes, refunds and chargebacks
先通过退款与投诉渠道核验，可更快匹配订单。依法向支付服务商、监管机构或法院提出争议的权利不受限制。不得重复获得退款、拒付和交付利益；欺诈性争议可依法提交证据。
Using the refund and complaint channel first may speed order matching, but rights to dispute through a provider, regulator or court remain. Duplicate recovery through refund, chargeback and retained delivery is not permitted; evidence may be submitted against fraudulent claims.
制裁与风控 / Compliance screening
在法律要求、欺诈风险、未成年人保护或安全事件下，可暂停处理并请求与风险相称的核验；不得以风控名义无期限冻结、过度收集个人信息或歧视性拒绝服务。
Processing may be paused for legally required, fraud, child-safety or security checks proportionate to risk. Risk controls do not justify indefinite holds, excessive data collection or unlawful discrimination.
