禁止活动 / Prohibited activity
禁止违法内容与交易、欺诈、侵权、骚扰、恶意软件、未授权访问、绕过安全控制、干扰服务、抓取敏感信息、滥用算力、冒充他人或规避适用制裁与出口管制。
Illegal content or trade, fraud, infringement, harassment, malware, unauthorised access, control bypass, service disruption, sensitive-data scraping, compute abuse, impersonation and evasion of applicable sanctions or export controls are prohibited.
AI 与自动化 / AI and automation
不得利用服务生成或传播违法、有害、欺骗性或侵犯权利的内容，不得移除依法要求的 AI 标识，不得用自动化进行垃圾信息、操纵评价或大规模滥用。
Services may not be used for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing AI content, removal of required AI labels, spam, review manipulation or abusive automation.
处置与申诉 / Enforcement and appeal
处置应与风险相称，可包括提醒、限制、暂停、删除违法内容或终止服务；紧急风险可先行限制。除法律禁止外，提供原因说明和申诉/人工复核。
Measures are proportionate and may include notice, restriction, suspension, unlawful-content removal or termination. Urgent risk may be restricted first. Reasons and appeal/human review are offered unless law prohibits.
